I first met Scott almost 4 years ago to help find an apartment that worked for me. Since that time he's shown nothing but a professional and easy going attitude towards ensuring all services were handled properly. If anything was required while I was on a lease through his service, communication was to clear and consistent. That is why I ultimately went to him when the time came to purchase a house and it was the right choice.

Scott’s marketing materials were thorough and artfully laid out, and using the latest technology such as drone footage and panoramic video to showcase the property.
He never failed to actively listen to our comments, anxiety or issues we felt were important, each time responding with excellent advice and ideas. Scott was always responsive to all texts and phone calls, never let us run out of marketing materials and always gave us as much notice as possible regarding showings. He was careful to obtain and share with us all feedback from the showings. Negotiations were handled with patience and professionalism and the closing was performed flawlessly.
Scott routinely goes above and beyond and even found us top notch movers with only a day’s notice. That really helped us out of a jam. We are very, very satisfied with all aspects of working with Scott. We can’t say enough great things about Scott and highly recommend him for your buying, selling or renting needs.

My husband and I worked with Scott in two capacities.
First, as a property manager. We had minimal issues with our rental but when we did have a question or concern arise it was taken care of within the day. Ex: Our heat seemed to have stopped working during the winter and he had someone over within the day to remedy the problem; we have a 14mo old son so having a responsive property manager who made sure we were warm was very appreciated!
Second, we worked with Scott while looking to buy a home for our growing family. He made himself available to answer any questions we had or to go look at houses. I would call or text him after my son was in bed and he never seemed put out about the time and was always very helpful. He also gave us lots of advice on what red flags to be looking for in older homes as well as improvement potential. I also credit our offer being accepted to his understanding of VA loans and ability to communicate how they work to the selling agent. Now that we have closed and moved into our home he has been more than helpful with any other questions for home improvement that we’ve had.
Scott is very personable and genuine. We can’t say enough great things about him and would recommend him to anyone.
